RETURNS

We have a fifteen-day return policy. You have fifteen days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. To start a return please contact us at hello@lalishthelabel.com and we will send a return shipping label and instructions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once your return has been inspected and approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Refund processing times depend on your bank or credit card institution. If it has been fifteen business days since your return was approved by LALISH, please contact us at hello@lalishthelabel.com.


SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is two to four business days within Europe and three to seven business days worldwide.  


DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limit for duty-free packages is established by your local custom authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information about duties and taxes.


DESIGN CARE

Please hand wash all LALISH designs using cold water and mild detergent.
